坤泰胶囊在妇产科临床中的应用

坤泰胶囊是妇产科生殖内分泌门诊的常用药物。众多的临床研究已充分肯定了坤泰胶囊的疗效与安全性。作为国药准字号复方中成药制剂,坤泰胶囊不仅在围绝经期综合征方面疗效明显,而且在其他妇科生殖内分泌疾病的治疗方面,也取得了良好的效果。随着基础研究与临床随机对照研究(RCT)的不断深入开展,坤泰胶囊在临床中的应用范围也日益广泛。目前的研究已经充分肯定了坤泰胶囊在妇科生殖内分泌疾病治疗中的作用,但是坤泰胶囊发挥临床效应的确切机制目前仍未阐明,尚需进一步研究明确。

Kuntai capsule is a drug commonly used in the reproductive endocrine clinic of obstetrics ＆ gynecology department. Many clinical studies have fully affrmed the safety and effcacy of Kuntai capsule. As a compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation, Kuntai Capsule had obvious clinical curative effect on peri-menopausal syndrome, but also in the treatment of other gynecological reproductive endocrine diseases. With the progress of the basic research and clinical randomized control study （RCT）, the application of Kuntai capsule in clinical practice has been expanded. The present study has fully affrmed the role of Kuntai Capsule in the treatment of gynecological reproductive endocrine diseases, however, the exact mechanism of Kuntai capsule to play clinical effect has not yet been elucidated, further research is needed to make it clear.
