妊娠并甲状腺功能减低(甲减)对疾病及母婴健康的影响分析

Pregnancy and hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) analysis of disease and the effects of maternal and child health

目的分析妊娠并甲状腺功能减低（甲减）对疾病及母婴健康的影响。方法选取2015年3月~2016年3月我院收治的妊娠妇女168例为研究对象,其中83例正常产妇为对照组,85例妊娠并甲减产妇为观察组,观察两组不同孕期TSH水平和甲状腺素需求量、新生儿体质量与Apgar评分以及产妇不良妊娠结局。结果观察组妊娠中晚期TSH水平显著低于妊娠初期（P〈0.05）,中晚期甲状腺素需求量显著升高,产后1周呈现下降（P〈0.05）;观察组新生儿体质量较对照组无显著差异（P〉0.05）,对照组Apgar评分显著高于观察组（P〈0.05）;观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论妊娠并甲减对疾病及母婴健康影响较大,发现后应及时治疗,减少不良事件发生率。

Objective To analyze the pregnancy and hypothyroidism （hypothyroidism） of the disease and the effects of maternal and child health.Methods The clinical data of 168 pregnant women who were treated in March 2015 to 2016 March were selected as the research objects,of which 83 cases of normal pregnant women as control group,85 cases of pregnancy and maternal hypothyroidism as observation group,and two groups of different levels of TSH and thyroid hormone demand,neonatal body mass and Apgar score and maternal adverse pregnancy outcome were observed.Results Observation pregnancy group in late TSH level was significantly lower than that of early pregnancy（P〈0.05）,advanced thyroxine demand increased significantly,postpartum 1 week decreased（P〈0.05）;observation group of neonatal body weight compared with the control group there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）,control group Apgar score were higher than those in the observation group（P〈0.05）;observation group of adverse pregnancy outcome total incidence rate was signifcantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pregnancy and hypothyroidism on diseases and maternal and child health greater impact,discovered to be a timely treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse events.
