霉菌性阴道炎采用中西医结合治疗的护理观察

Nursing observation on the treatment of fungal vaginitis with traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine

目的观察分析霉菌性阴道炎采用中西医结合治疗后临床护理的价值。方法选取2015年5月~2016年5月我院收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者134例为本次研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分成两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用优质护理。对比两组疗效以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理总满意率97.01%;对照组患者护理总满意率86.57%;观察组患者护理总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.03%;对照组患者治疗总有效率为80.60%。观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于与对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎结合全面的优质护理,患者的疗效好,护理满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the analysis of mould sex vaginitis by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine after combined treatment value of clinical nursing.Methods Selecting 2015may2016years 5months in our hospital from mould sex vaginitis patients 134 cases as the research object,nursing methods are divided into two groups according to the,the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,patients in the observation group were given the high quality nursing.Compared two groups of treatment and nursing satisfaction.Results Observation group patients nursing satisfaction rate was 97.01%;control group patients total satisfactory rate was 86.57%;observation group nursing satisfaction rate was signifcantly higher than that of the control Group（P〈0.05）,with statistical signifcance.Patients in the observation group the total effciency was 94.03%;control group of patients treated with total effciency as 80.60%.observation of patients in the treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western treatment of mycotic vaginitis with comprehensive quality of nursing care,patients with good therapeutic effect,nursing satisfaction is high,it is worth clinical promotion.
