摘要
目的对复方左炔诺孕酮在功能性子宫出血治疗中的应用效果进行探究。方法选取本院收治的功能性子宫出血患者40例作为研究对象,对其应用复方左炔诺孕酮的情况及效果进行回顾性分析。结果患者40例的治疗总有效率为95.0%,除2例外,其他患者的止血时间均<48 h。结论对功能性子宫出血患者采用复方左炔诺孕酮进行治疗,可以缩短止血时间,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of compound levonorgestrel in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Method 40 cases of patients with functional uterine bleeding were taken as the research object.The application of compound levonorgestrel and result were analyzed retrospectively.Result The total effective rate of 40 patients was 95.0%.2 patients were included,the hemostatic time of other patients was〈48.Conclusion Dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were treated by compound levonorgestrel,which can shorten the bleeding time and improve the therapeutic effect.
