论“社区舞蹈”及其在社区文化治理中的激活

On “Community Dance” and its Activation in Community Cultural Governance

"中国背景"、"中国事态"下的"社区舞蹈"作为当代语境现象,与世界其他任何一个国家关联性语境,都有着十分明显的现场状态的差异。"社区舞蹈"为社区居民文化主体性建构及文化权利积极拥有的舞蹈参与实现形式,既是有效激活社区文化治理的一种方式,也是身体解放、文化解放体验与获得的逆向功能现象,并在生命意识日益自觉基础上,把个体的身体权利与生存质量更加有机地统一在社区舞蹈活动中。尽管其艺术诉求往往体现为"特殊少数"的入场动机,更大规模的"绝对多数"与社区舞蹈的功能关系,基本上聚焦于自我身体诉求与社会互动诉求,但当我们谋划社区文化治理技术方案之际,应该立足于统筹谋划,最大限度地实现这一特定工具的多重功能激活,从而实现其在社区文化治理中的效能最大化。社区舞蹈在舞蹈社会学意义上跨越了传统的艺术定位方式,作为一种艺术与非艺术混存事态,或者说作为一种复合功能舞蹈活动方式,能够以一种强大的介入力量,通过规模化驱动、多样化驱动和日常化驱动,激活社区作为社会性基本文化制度单元的文化活性,让公共社会文化张力发挥其社会均衡增量优势的积极价值和正能量向度。

As a contemporary context phenomenon,the ＂community dance＂under ＂Chinese background＂,is quite different from the related context of any other country in the world for onscene status.＂Community dance＂is a form of dance participation actively owned by the cultural subjectivity construction of community residents and culture right,which is not only a way of effectively activating Community Cultural Governance,but also a reverse function phenomenon of the experience and acquisition of physical and cultural liberation.On the basis of increasingly conscious life consciousness,the individual physical rights and quality of life are more organically integrated in the community dance activities.Although its artistic aspirations reflects the admission motivation of＂special minority＂,the functional relationship of more large-scale＂absolute majority＂and community dance is basically focus on self-physical demands and social interaction demands,when we plan the scheme of community culture management technology,we should maximize the realization of multi-function activation of this particular tool based on an overall planning,thus to realize its maximum efficiency in the Community Cultural Governance.As a mixed situation of art and non-art,or as a dance activities with composite function,Community dance can be a powerful intervention force,through large-scale driving,diversified driving,and daily driving,activating the cultural activity of the community as the basic unit of social cultural system,to let the public social culture tension play active value and positive energy dimension of its maximized social equilibrium.
