摘要
目的探讨中医护理方法在先兆流产病人中的应用价值。方法将2014年1月-2016年10月在我院进行治疗的78例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数字法分成观察组39例与对照组39例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上再给予中医护理方法,分别对两组患者的流产情况进行统计对比。结果观察组患者的流产率10.3%明显低于对照组患者的流产率28.2%,差异有统计学意义（x^2=6.256,P〈0.05）。结论中医护理方法能显著提高先兆流产病人的保胎成功率,具有极高的临床应用价值,值得临床的推广及应用。
Objective To explore the application value of TCM nursing method in patients with threatened abortion. Methods Seventy-eight patients with threatened abortion were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October2016. They were divided into observation group （39 cases） and control group （39 cases） according to the random number method. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, The patients in the observation group were given Chinese medicine nursing method on the basis of routine nursing, and the abortion cases were compared between the two groups. Results The abortion rate in the observation group（10.3%） was signifcantly lower than that in the control group （28.2%） （x^2 = 6.256, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing method can signifcantly improve the success rate of miscarriage in patients with threatened abortion, which has high clinical application value and deserves clinical promotion and application.
