循证护理干预在急诊危重患者ICU压疮预防中的应用效果分析

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Prevention of ICU Pressure Sore in Critical Emergency Patients

目的探究循证护理干预在急诊危重患者ICU压疮预防中的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月-2016年10月在商丘市第一人民医院重症监护室ICU治疗的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组均行常规护理,观察组行循证护理干预。比较两组压疮发生率。结果对照组压疮发生率比观察组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理干预能有效降低急诊危重患者ICU压疮发生降,具有良好的预防作用。

Objective To explore the efect of evidence-based nursing intervention in prevention of ICU pressure sores in critically ill patients. Methods 100 patients were treated with ICU in the First People ‘s Hospital of Shangqiu City from September 2015 to November 2016. They were randomly divided into two groups： 50 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group. Comparison of the incidence of two groups of pressure sores. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the control group was higher than that in the observation group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence - based nursing intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of ICU pressure ulcer in critically ill patients, and has a good preventive efect.
