系统性护理在呼吸道正压通气辅助治疗重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿中应用观察

Application of systemic care in the treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure in patients with positive airway pressure

目的观察系统性护理在呼吸道正压通气（Nasal bi-phase positive airway pressure,NCPAP）辅助治疗重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿中应用效果。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院儿童重症监护室PICU于2015年11月-2016年10月治疗的重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿50例作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各为25例。给予对照组重症监护室常规护理,观察组采取系统性护理干预。观察两组干预后血气指标。结果干预后观察组血氧饱和度（Arterial Oxygen Saturation,Sa O2）、二氧化碳分压（Partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery,Pa CO2）、动脉血氧分压（Partial pressure of oxygen,Pa O2）检测结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在NCPAP辅助治疗重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿中应用系统性护理利于改善肺功能,加速患儿康复进程,临床普及价值高。

Objective To observe the effect of systemic nursing in the treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure by Nasal bi-phase positive airway pressure （NCPAP）. Methods Fifty patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure who were treated with PICU in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from November 2001 to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. 25 cases. The control group was given routine care in the intensive care unit and the observation group received systemic nursing intervention. Observe the two groups after the intervention of blood gas indicators. Results After treatment, the oxygen saturation （Arterial Oxygen Saturation, SaO2）, carbon dioxide partial pressure （Partial pressure of carbon （P 〈0.05）. The results of arterial oxygen partial pressure （PaO2） were better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion NCPAP adjuvant therapy for severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure in children with systemic care to improve lung function, accelerate the rehabilitation process in children, the clinical popularity of high value.
