临床护理路径在原发性下肢静脉曲张患者围术期中应用观察

Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremity during perioperative period

目的研究临床护理路径在原发性下肢静脉曲张患者围术期中应用。方法选择我院治疗下肢静脉曲张的患者40例,随机将其分成两组,每组20例。对照组采取常规护理,治疗组采用临床路径进行护理。对比2组患者的平均住费用、天数、健康知识评分以及满意度的差异。结果治疗组住院费用、天数明显低于对照组,满意度和健康知识评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在原发性下肢静脉曲张患者围术期中,可以减轻患者经费,减少住院时间,提高患者健康知识水平和满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study the application of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of patients with primary varicose vein of lower extremity. Methods 40 patients in our hospital for treatment of varicose vein of lower limb, were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, the treatment group using clinical nursing path. The differences of average cost, living days, health knowledge score and satisfaction were compared between 2 groups. Results The treatment group hospitalization costs, were signifcantly lower than the control group, satisfaction and health knowledge score was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in primary varicose veins of lower extremity patients in the perioperative period, patients can reduce expenses, reduce hospitalization time, improve the level of knowledge and satisfaction of health of patients, is worthy of promotion.
