关于围绝经期子宫肌瘤治疗的个案研究

摘要 目的探究于围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床治疗。方法对我院在2015年3月18日收治的1例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,总结围绝经期子宫肌瘤的特点和治疗方法,并观察患者有无出现不良反应的情况,探讨临床资料围绝经期子宫肌瘤的安全性和疗效。结果患者采用宫腹腔镜下微创术来进行治疗,治疗的效果理想,有效改善了患者的身体状况,并且无明显不良反应,病情改善后批准出院。结论采用宫腹腔镜下微创术来来治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果较好,能够快速缓解患者的病症,减轻患者的痛苦,并且患者出现不良反应的情况也较少,治疗的可行性和安全性较高,值得在临床推广应用。
