大黄芒硝外敷治疗盆腔炎疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of rhubarb and mirabilite on pelvic inflammation

目的对盆腔炎患者采用大黄芒硝外敷治疗,并观察其疗效。方法选用我院妇科于2016年4月-2016年4月所收治的136例盆腔炎患者作为此次的研究对象,通过随机方式将其分为实验组与对照组,分别是68例。对照组采用常规的治疗方式,研究组在这一基础上结合大黄芒硝外敷患者下腹部的方法,对这两组患者的疗效进行观察。结果实验的治疗效果明显高于对照组,复发率比对照组低。结论大黄芒硝对盆腔炎的治疗有一定的疗效。

Objectives On rhubarb and mirabilite external applying to treat patients with pelvic infammatory disease, and observe the effect. Methods I selected the gynecological hospital in April 2016, 136 cases of pelvic infammation patients admitted between April 2017 as the object of study, by randomly divided into experimental and control groups, respectively 68 cases. Control group received conventional treatment, research group on the basis of this method combined with rhubarb Glauber’s lower abdomen, on the observation of the curative effect between two groups. Results The experimental treatment was signifcantly higher than the control group, and lower recurrence rates than the control group. Conclusion Rhubarb mirabilite in the treatment of pelvic infammatory disease there is a certain effect.
