糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫及其护理干预的临床效果

Clinical effect of fetal distress caused by diabetes mellitus complicated by pregnancy and its nursing intervention

目的探究护理干预对糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫的临床效果。方法将100例糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫产妇随机分为研究组和对照组,各50例。观察在不同护理干预下孕妇妊娠结局和并发症发生情况。结果对照组孕妇妊娠结局显著较差,而并发症发生率显著高于研究组。结论护理干预对糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫孕妇具有积极效果,值得推广运用。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect of clinical pregnancy induced fetal distress of diabetic patients. Methods 100 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy induced fetal distress were randomly divided into study group and control group, each of 50 cases. Observation of nursing intervention in different pregnancy outcomes and complications. Results Pregnant women in the control group the pregnancy outcome was poor, and the incidence of complications was signifcantly higher in the study group. Conclusion Nursing intervention in pregnancy caused fetal distress in pregnant women has a positive effect on diabetes mellitus, it is worthy of promotion and use.
