护理干预在难治性产后出血中的应用

Application of nursing intervention in intractable postpartum hemorrhage

目的探析护理干预在难治性产后出血中的应用效果。方法选取本院产科2012年1月~2016年10月收治的难治性产后出血患者60例,按照随机方式将其均分为对照组与实验组,各30例,对照组患者采用常规产科护理干预,实验组在常规护理干预基础上实施综合性护理措施,对比两组患者护理效果及并发症情况。结果实验组患者经综合护理干预后疾病并发疰的发生情况、住院时间和护理满意度情况均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针对难治性产后出血的患者采用综合性护理干预,能有效提高护理质量,保障患者生命安全的同时减少并发疰的发生,护理方式安全有效。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Select our hospital maternity from January 2012 to October 2012 were 60 cases of intractable postpartum hemorrhage patients,according to the random,it all can be divided into control group and experimental group,each 30 cases,control group were treated by routine obstetric nursing intervention,the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing intervention comprehensive nursing measures,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect and complications.Results The experimental group after comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with complications of the disease occurrence,length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of nursing care effectively,protect the life safety of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,so it is safe and effective.
