抗甲状腺药物治疗孕妇甲状腺功能亢进的疗效及对胎儿的影响研究

The efficacy of antithyroid drugs in the treatment of hyperthyroidism in pregnant women and its influence on the fetus

目的分析针对甲状腺功能亢进孕妇以抗甲状腺药物用药的临床效果,且观察其对胎儿造成的影响。方法取本科室接收的患甲状腺功能亢进的80例孕妇,随机分成2组:参考组共40例,以抗甲状腺药物用药;参考组共40例,未服用抗甲状腺药物。观察2组的疗效与胎儿情况。结果治疗组的总有效率与参考组相比显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),胎儿体重、新生儿Apgar评分均显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对甲状腺功能亢进孕妇以抗甲状腺药物用药效果显著,有助于改善胎儿身体状态,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hyperthyroidism on antithyroidism and to observe its effect on the fetus. Methods 80 pregnant women with hyperthyroidism received in the undergraduate room were randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients in the reference group, with anti-thyroid medication; There were 40 cases in the reference group without antithyroid drugs. Observe the effect of 2 groups and fetal condition.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05), and the fetal weight and neonatal Apgar score were significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion It is worth learning that the effect of anti-thyroid drugs on pregnant women with hypothyroidism can improve the condition of the fetus.
