皮下全乳腺切除术治疗重症乳腺增生的临床应用

The clinical application of subcutaneous full-mastectomy for severe hyperplasia

目的探讨皮下全乳腺切除术治疗重症乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月-2016年11月在我院接受治疗的80例重症乳腺增生患者进行研究,将所有患者随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组予以保守治疗,实验组予以皮下全乳腺切除术治疗,实验结束后,对两组患者不良反应发生率以及复发率进行比较分析。结果实验组患者不良反应发生率以及复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论皮下全乳腺切除术治疗重症乳腺增生的疗效显著,不良反应较少,复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of subcutaneous total mastectomy for severe hyperplasia. Methods Select in December 2014 - November 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 80 patients with severe hyperplasia of mammary glands, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, control group with conservative treatment, the experimental group to subcutaneous whole-breast resection treatment, after the experiment, the incidence and recurrence rate of two groups of patients with adverse reactions of comparative analysis. Results The incidence and recurrence rate of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Subcutaneous full-mastectomy is effective in treating severe mammary hyperplasia, with less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.
