人工流产术后月经不调应用妈富隆治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of the treatment of femoron in patients after induced abortion

目的探讨妈富隆治疗人工流产术后月经不调的效果。方法按照随机抽样的方式选择我院接诊的人工流产术后月经不调患者90例进行研究,以随机分组的方式分为2组,对照组40例采取常规抗感染治疗,研究组50例除了予以常规抗感染治疗外,还加用妈富隆治疗。观察记录两组患者月经恢复率、痛经发生率,以及月经复潮时间、阴道出血量,并采取统计学分析。结果研究组月经恢复率明显高于对照组、痛经发生率显著低于对照组,月经复潮时间、阴道出血量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后月经不调患者采取妈富隆治疗不仅可以提高月经恢复率,降低痛经发生率,而且可以缩短月经复潮时间,减少阴道出血量,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of mother fuelong on the treatment of postoperative period. Methods According to the random sampling way to choose our hospital accepts abortion study 90 patients with postoperative menstruation to be not moved, in the form of a randomized divided into 2 groups, control group 40 cases take routine anti-infection treatment, team of 50 cases in addition to routine anti-infection treatment, also add treated with mom rich grand. It was observed that the menstrual recovery rate, the incidence of dysmenorrhea, the time of menstruation and the amount of vaginal bleeding were recorded, and statistical analysis was taken. Results Team menstrual recovery rate is significantly higher than control group, the incidence of dysmenorrhea was significantly lower than the control group, the menstruation after tide time, vaginal haemorrhage amount were significantly lower than the control group, compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Abortion patients with postoperative menoxenia take mom rich grand treatment can not only improve menstrual recovery rate, reduce the incidence of dysmenorrhea, and menstrual agger can shorten the time and reduce the vaginal haemorrhage amount, is worth using for reference.
