摘要
目的研究护理健康教育在原发性痛经(PD)患者中的应用效果;方法选择2015年1月-2016年11月于我院治疗的PD患者80例,随机分为实验组与对照组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予常规护理+护理健康教育。观察两组健康教育前后月经知识知晓度及痛经程度。结果健康教育后,实验组月经知晓度得分显著大于对照组。实验组中度、重度痛经发生率显著低于护理健康教育前,实验组中度、重度痛经发生率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论护理健康教育应用于PD可显著提高患者对PD的认知水平,缓解其痛苦。
Objective To study the effect of nursing health education in patients with primary dysmenorrhea(PD); Methods 80 cases of PD patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group in 40 cases. The control group was given regular care, and the experimental group gave regular nursing + nursing health education. To observe the knowledge and degree of menstrual knowledge of two groups of healthy education. Results After healthy education, the score of menstruation in the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group. The incidence of moderate and severe dysmenorrhea in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the nursing health. The incidence of moderate and severe pain was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of education to PD can significantly improve the cognitive level of PD and alleviate its pain.
