全程陪伴分娩护理的临床效果及产后出血分析

目的探析全程陪伴分娩护理的临床效果及产后出血的影响。方法我院选取110例健康孕产妇,将其随机分为两组,每组55例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程陪伴分娩护理,对比两组产妇的护理效果。结果观察组的自然分娩情况、产程时间和产后出血量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予产妇实施全程陪伴分娩护理的效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the whole process and the effects of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Select 110 cases of maternal health, will be randomly divided into two groups, each group of 55 cases, control group routine nursing, the observation group implement accompanied delivery care, compared two groups of maternal care effect. Results The natural parturition of the observation group, the duration of labor and the postpartum blood loss were all better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of giving birth care to the mother is remarkable and deserves clinical promotion.
