探讨健康教育运用于小儿手足口病中的护理效果

To explore the nursing effect of education in children with HFMD

目的本实验的课题在于探讨手足口病患儿应用健康教育的临床预期效果。方法先根据随机数字法对112例本院2016年1月-2016年11月收治的手足口病患儿进行分组,再对实验组56例患儿采用健康教育,对照组56例采用常规护理,对比两组护理满意度与临床指标。结果实验组手足口病患儿护理满意度高于对照组,住院时间、溃疡愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论手足口病患儿的临床指标可通过健康教育护理显著改善,总有效率能够得到明显提高,值得推广。

Objective This study aims to explore the clinical effect of education for children with HFMD. Methods According to the first random number method, 112 cases in our hospital in January 2016-November 2016 children with hand, foot and mouth disease group, is used for the experimental group 56 cases and healthy education, control group of 56 patients with routine nursing care, compared two groups of nursing satisfaction and clinical indicators. Results The nursing satisfaction of children with HFMD was higher than that in the control group. The time of hospitalization and the time of ulcer healing were shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical indicators of children with hand-foot-mouth disease can be significantly improved through health education nursing, and the total effective rate can be improved significantly and it is worth promoting.
