摘要
目的对比红金消结胶囊联合波尼松与波尼松单药治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的疗效。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年12月诊治的病理诊断明确的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者68例,随机分成两组,试验组给予红金消结胶囊联合波尼松口服治疗,对照组给予波尼松单药口服治疗,对比观察两组疗效。结果试验组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红金消结胶囊联合波尼松治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective Comparison of efficacy of Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule combined with prednisone and prednisone in treatment of granulomatous mastitis in single drug. Methods In our hospital from January 2012 December to 2013 and pathological diagnosis of 68 patients with granulomatous mastitis in specific cases, were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group received Hongjinxiaojie capsule combined with oral prednisone treatment, the control group was given a single oral treatment, compared the efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hongjinxiaojie capsule combined with prednisone is effective and safe in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis, worthy of promotion.
