彩色B超应用在瘢痕子宫妊娠患者诊断中的临床效果分析

目的探究彩色B超应用在瘢痕子宫妊娠患者诊断中的临床效果。方法选取2013年9月~2015年9月我院收治的42例瘢痕子宫妊娠患者作为本研究对象,患者均应用经腹部B超与经阴道彩色B超检查,对比患者手术结果与病理诊断结果和经阴道彩色B超检查方式声像图特点。结果经腹部B超诊断的准确率为83.34%,经阴道彩色B超诊断的准确率为97.62%,数据之间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。经过阴道B超检查,能够详细了解孕妇宫颈内口、妊娠物大小、子宫下段瘢痕处肌层厚度。结论经阴道彩色B超诊断瘢痕子宫妊娠的准确率较高,且具备操作简单、安全性高等多种优点,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of color B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of scar uterine pregnancy.Methods From April 2013 to September 2015, 42 patients with scar uterine pregnancy were selected as the subjects. All patients were treated with abdominal B-mode ultrasonography and transvaginal color ultrasonography. The results were compared with those of pathology And vaginal color B-ultrasonography.Results The accuracy rate of abdominal ultrasonography was 83.34%, and the accuracy rate of transvaginal color ultrasonography was 97.62%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After vaginal B-ultrasound, to a detailed understanding of pregnant women, the mouth of the mouth, the size of the uterus, lower uterine segment hypertrophy of the scar.Conclusion Transvaginal color B ultrasound diagnosis of scar uterine pregnancy accuracy is high, and with simple operation, high security and other advantages, it is worth promoting.【Key words】Color B ultrasound;Scar uterus;Pregnancy;Clinical value
