门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical study on gestational diabetes mellitus insulin aspart

目的探究门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的效果。方法选取2015年2月~4月我院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,各40例,其中对照组采取诺和灵30R治疗,实验组采取门冬胰岛素治疗,对两组患者治疗效果对比分析。结果两组患者餐后血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白值与治疗前存在明显差异,对照组患者治疗后指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者妊娠结果无差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床中给予妊娠糖尿病患者门冬胰岛素治疗,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of insulin aspart treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were studied, the patients were divided into two groups, namely experimental group and control group, each of 40 cases, the control group take the treatment of Novolin 30R, experimental group adopted insulin aspart, comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results There was significant difference between before and after the treatment in the experimental group and the control group of patients with postprandial blood glucose, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin values, patients in the control group after treatment signi？cantly higher than those of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）, there was no difference in the results of pregnancy in two groups, with statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The clinical pregnancy in patients with insulin aspart for diabetes treatment, the effect is signi？cant, worthy of promotion.
