摘要 随着全球经济的飞速发展,各国对能源资源的需求量日益增加,各国的能源储备量均亮起了警示灯,未来世界各国的经济发展若要抢占先机必须把握能源资源的开采与利用,因此海洋油气资源的利用被国际世界广泛重视起来。我国新时代的发展规划对我国深水海洋油气田的开发与利用提出了新的要求,因此对于深海油气田的开发利用技术飞快地发展起来并日渐与国际先进国家接轨,本文将我国与国际深水海洋油气田开发利用形势做以分析,并对行业的发展提出了几点建议。 With the rapid development o f global economy, the demand fo r energy resources is increasingly growing and the energy reserves of all countries have been flashing warning lights. In the future, the economic development of various countries in the world will have to grasp the exploitation and utilization of energy resources. Therefore, the use of offshore oil and gas resources has been taken seriously by the international world. The development and planning of our new era puts forward new requirements for the development and utilization of deep-water offshore oil and gas fields in China. Therefore, the development and utilization technologies of deep-sea oil and gas fields have been rapidly developed and are increasingly in line with international advanced countries. This paper analyzes the development and utilization situation of deep-water offshore oil and gas fields between China and other countries and puts forward some suggestions for the development in the industry.
