摘要
本文以稀氨水在湖北三宁化工股份有限公司两台75T/h循环流化床锅炉烟气脱硫的应用为例阐述了应用的主要工艺,以稀氨水脱烟气中硫具有操作简单、脱硫效率高、运行稳定、无二次污染等特点,烟气排放物达到国家标准同时其副产物硫酸铵满足农用化肥标准。
In this paper, the application of dilute ammonia water in flue gas desulfurization of two 75 T/h circulating fluidized bed boilers in Hubei Sanning Chemical CO., LTD is taken for example, the main process of application is described. The sulfur in the flue gas of dilute ammonia water has the characteristics of simple operation, high desulfurization efficiency, stable operation, no secondary pollution, etc. the flue gas emissions meet the national standard and the by-product ammonium sulfate meets agricultural chemical fertilizer standards.
