大庆-拉比混输原油生产润滑油基础油研究

Study on Production of Lube Base Oil from Daqing-rabbi Mixed Crude Oil

随着大庆低硫石蜡基原油来源的减少,公司从国外引进低硫石蜡基拉比原油尝试以大庆-拉比混输原油为原料生产润滑油基础油。原油评价结果显示拉比原油与大庆原油在性质上存在差异,通过对比以大庆原油和大庆-拉比混输原油为原料生产的HVI系列润滑油基础油的质量情况,发现以大庆-拉比混输原油为原料生产出的润滑油基础油质量明显下降,基于此对加工大庆-拉比混输原油方案进行了可行性分析,提出了润滑油上下游装置操作优化方法和产品质量提升措施。

With the decrease o f the source ofDaqing low sulfur paraffin base crude oil, the company imported low sulfur paraffin Kira crude oil from abroad to try to produce lube base oil with Daqing - rabbi mixed crude oil as raw material The results of crude oil evaluation show that there cxre differences between the rabbi crude oil and Daqing crude oil. By comparing the quality of HVI series lube base oil produced by Daqing crude oil and Daqing - rabbi mixed crude oil, it is found that the quality of lube base oil producedfrom Daqing - rabbi mixed crude oil is obviously reduced. Based on the feasibility analysis of Daqing - rabbi mixed crude oil project, the operation optimization method and product quality improvement measures of the upstream and downstream equipment of lubricating oil are put forward.
