摘要
在石墨烯中加入聚醚(PF-127)制成石墨烯水分散液,将其与水性环氧防腐涂料混合制成水性石墨烯防腐蚀涂料,然后制备水性石墨烯防腐涂层。通过分散性实验、涂层表面形貌、力学性能分析测试、耐海水浸泡及中性盐雾实验证明该新型水性石墨烯防腐蚀涂料具有优异的涂层性能和耐腐蚀性能。
The water-based graphene anti-corrosion coating was prepared by mixing the waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion coating with the graphene water dispersion, which is made by adding polyether （PF- 127） into graphene. Through the dispersion experiment, coating surface morphology, mechanical properties analysis test, seawater immersion and neutral salt spray test to prove the new water-based graphene anti-corrosion coating has excellent coating and anti-corrosion performance.
