摘要
种子休眠与萌发在高等植物发育过程中是一个复杂的生长、代谢事件,与种群的生存及繁衍息息相关,受到许多因素的影响,激素在其中扮演着极其重要的角色。因此研究激素对休眠和萌发的调控作用一直是种子方面的热点问题。本文旨在综述脱落酸、赤霉素以及乙烯对植物种子休眠与萌发影响的研究进展,并对一系列相关突变体进行简单的探讨,为进一步阐明激素调控种子休眠和萌发的机理奠定基础。
Seed dormancy and germination is a complex growth and metabolism event in the development of higher plants, which is closely related to the survival and reproduction of the population, and is affected by many factors. Hormone plays an extremely important role in it. Therefore, the regulation of hormone on dormancy and germination has been a hot issue in seed. The purpose of this paper is to review ofabscisic acid, gibberellic acid and ethylene plant seed dormancy and germination influence research progress, and a series of related mutants were simply discussed, in order to further clarify hormone regulation and control mechanism of seed dormancy and germination of lay the foundation.
