摘要
生物降解性高分子材料作为生物组织工程支架材料为种子细胞的增殖和分化提供一个生长和代谢场所,是组织再生的框架。植入人体后可降解为无毒的小分子被人体代谢排出体外,避免二次手术,减少患者痛楚。这类高分子材料必须具有良好的生物相容性和可调的生物降解性,同时还具有一定的形状维持性和力学性能。本文主要介绍了高分子组织工程支架材料的种类、制备方法及其应用,并展望了高分子组织工程材料在生物医学领域的发展前景。
Biodegradable polymer materials, as biological tissue engineering scaffolds, provide a growth and metabolism site fo r the proliferation and differentiation of seed cells and are the framework of tissue regeneration. It is implanted in the human body and can be decomposed into non-toxic molecules that are metabolized and excreted out of the body, avoiding secondary surgery and reducing the patient's pain. This kind of polymer materials must have good biocompatibility and adjustable biodegradability, and also certain shape maintenance and mechanical properties. This paper mainly introduces the types, preparation methods and application ofpolymer engineering scaffold materials, andprospects the development prospect ofpolymer engineering materials in the f ield of biomedical engineering.
