来曲唑与克罗米芬对多囊卵巢综合征患者的促排卵效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨来曲唑(LE)与克罗米芬(CC)对多囊卵巢综合征患者的促排卵效果。方法选择2016年1月~2016年9月在我院接受治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者共78例,将其随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组患者采用克罗米芬进行治疗,观察组患者运用来曲唑治疗。结果成熟卵泡发育数量和子宫内膜厚度比较中,观察组优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排卵率为89.74%,妊娠率为79.49%,均高于对照组,差异差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射HCG当天,两组患者血清中性激素LH和T两项比较无差异(P>0.05),E2比较中,组间有着较为明显的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果优于克罗米芬,患者妊娠率更高,同时来曲唑还可以降低抗雌激素和多胎妊娠情况,可将其广泛地推广至临床治疗中。
