摘要
Toll样受体(Toll-like receptor,TLR)是人体免疫系统的一种重要受体,连接着特异性免疫与非特异性免疫。它可以通过识别特定的分子,启动天然免疫应答,在免疫反应中发挥着重要的作用。目前已知的TLR共10种,本文对基于Toll样受体开发的多种免疫调节剂进行了综述,以期为以后的研究提供参考。
Toll - like receptor （ TLR ） is an important receptor fo r human immune system, which connects specific immune and nonspecific immunity. It can initiate natural immune response by identifying specific molecules and plays an important role in the immune response. At present, there are 10 known toll - like receptors. In this paper, several immune modulators based on the development of toll - like receptors are reviewed, in order to provide reference for future research.
