摘要
施工分包商管理为以设计为龙头的工程总承包单位的管理重点和难点,且在一带一路背景下走出去的如何针对不同地区及国别的特殊情况,加强海外施工分包单位的管理以期达到总承包单位对业主的合同要求,且达到利益平衡实现多赢或双赢,本文给出国际项目中海外分包商的管理方法和经验,供同行参考。
