血浆N-端脑利钠肽在重度子痫前期并发心功能不全中的变化及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血浆中N-端脑利钠肽(N-BNP)在重度子痫前期并发心功能不全中的变化及意义。方法用干式免疫荧光定量法,检测32例重度子痫前期并发心功能不全及96例单纯重度子痫前期患者血浆N-BNP水平,分别比较术前、术后24 h及术后72 h血浆中N-BNP的值的变化。结果试验组术前、术后24 h及术后72 h血浆N-BNP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后24 h内N-BNP较术前明显升高。结论检测血浆N-BNP浓度变化可预测重度子痫前期合并心力衰竭的发生,可作为评估病情、判断预后,指导临床治疗的必要指标,应该引起产科医生的重视。
