摘要
为满足社会经济发展对沿海防风暴潮建设的迫切需要,针对区域当前存在的主要问题,研究工程建设的有利条件和制约因素,按照可持续发展的理念,科学开展防风暴潮规划设计。规划设计主要包括工程体系和非工程体系建设等,其中工程体系包括防潮堤、挡潮闸等防潮设施;非工程体系包括潮汐水文监测系统、信息系统、管理体系等。
Beneficial conditions and restraints of engineering construction are studied aiming at current main problems inthe region in order to meet the urgent need of social and economic development on Anti-storm surge planning and design is developed scientifically according to the concept of sustainable development. The planning and design mainly includes engineering system and non-engineering system construction, etc., wherein the engineering system includes tide barrier, tide gate and other anti-storm facilities. The non-engineering system includes tidal hydrological monitoring system, information system, management systems, etc.
