摘要
农村水电作为清洁可再生能源,成为优化能源结构和降低碳排放的重要选择。在遵循科学系统、标准一致、简明直观和动态变化原则的基础上,从资源、经济、社会需求、生态影响因素及新增因素等五个维度,构建农村水电可持续发展评价指数体系。采用层次分析法,从定量分析角度,以中国31个省份样本为例,对各省、自治区直辖市在可持续发展能力上的差异进行优势和劣势的对比计算。
Rural hydropower is an important choice for optimizing energy structure and reducing carbon emission as clean and renewable energy. The rural hydropower evaluation index system of sustainable development is constructed on the basis of following scientific and systematic, standard and conformance, clear and intuitive, dynamic and changing principles from five dimensions of resources, economy, social demand and ecological influence factors as well as new factors. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted. 31 provinces in China are regarded as main research objects from the perspective of quantitative analysis. The advantages and disadvantages are comparatively calculated aiming at provinces,cities and autonomous regions in the sustainable development ability.
