摘要
安全生产标准化是落实生产经营单位安全生产主体责任的主要途径,是强化生产经营单位安全基础管理的长效机制,是有效防范安全事故发生的重要手段。本文通过介绍水利行业安全生产标准化创建工作开展情况,总结水利水电施工企业安全生产标准化创建过程中存在的常见问题,并针对性地提出了改进建议,为水利水电施工企业创建安全生产标准化工作提供参考。
Safety production standardization is a main approach to carry out safety production main bproduction business units. It is a long-term mechanism to strengthen safety basic management of production business units, and important means to prevent safety accidents effectively. In the paper, common problems dstandardization creationof the water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprises are summarized throughintroducing the safety production standardization creation work in the water conservancy industry. Improvement suggestions are proposed in a targeted mode, thereby providing reference for water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprises in safety production standardization work.
