Discussion on the Third-party Inspection of Water Conservancy Project Quality

水利工程质量第三方检测在水利工程建设中的作用越来越显著,大中型水利水电工程施工中,开始广泛采用第三方检测进行质量控制。本文分析了第三方检测应用的现状,总结了实践中存在的问题,并提出相关建议对策:应尽快出台相关政策法规及规范,明确第三方检测的实施依据、检测标准、收费标准等,以进一步规范第三方检测,为加强水利工程建设项目质量管理提供保证。

Thethird-party inspection of water conservancy project quality has more and more significant role in water conservancy project construction. In large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower project construction, the third-party inspection is widely used for quality control. In the paper, the present situation of the third-party inspection application is analyzed, problems in practice are summarized, related proposals and countermeasures are proposed ： relevant policies and specifications should be issued as soon as possible. The implementation basis inspection standards, charging standards, etc. of the third-party inspection should be made clear for further regulating the third-party inspection, thereby guaranteeing construction project quality management of water conservancy engineering.
