以史为镜知古鉴今-浅谈《中国水利史典》编纂的现实意义

Regard History as a Mirror for Viewing Ancient Times and Current Era——on Practical Significance of Compiling ‘Chinese Water Conservancy History’

由水利部组织,中国水利水电出版社出版的《中国水利史典》(目前一期工程已出版),是新中国成立以来首次对历史上浩如烟海的水利史料进行大规模的整理,具有重要的价值和意义。鉴于本书目前还未被大众所熟知,本文立足《中国水利史典》的编纂,从古籍整理、学术研究、水利史和水文化研究、水利建设乃至生态文明建设等几个方面对此书编纂的现实意义进行简要的阐发,以期能引起广大专家学者的重视,提高此书的利用价值。

Numberless water conservancy history data in record is sorted at large scale for the first time since the founding of new China in ‘Chinese Water Conservancy History'( the stage Ⅰ work has been published at present) organized by Ministry of Water Resources and published by China Water and Power Press. It has important value and significance. Since the book is not known by people at present,the book compilation practical significance is briefly described in the paper from the aspects of ancient book sorting,academic research,research on water conservancy history and water culture,water conservancy construction and ecological civilization construction,etc. on the basis of compilation of ‘Chinese Water Conservancy History',hoping to the vast majority of experts and scholars can attach importance to it,and the utilization value of the book can be improved.
