摘要 目的探讨MR DWI及联合血清CA125对卵巢占位性病变定性诊断的价值。方法随机择取我院接受治疗的患有占位性卵巢病变的患者40名,所有患者进行MR、DWI联合血清CA125进行检测。结果良性病变20例、恶性病变20例,良、恶性病变的数据存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论 MR DWI联用CA125之后能够发现诊断准确性都更加理想,因此值得推广。
