探讨胎心监测在胎儿宫内窘迫诊断中的临床价值分析

Objective to investigate the clinical value of fetal heart rate monitoring in the diagnosis of fetal distress

目的分析研究胎心监测在胎儿宫内窘迫诊断中的临床价值。方法随机选取2015年3月~2017年1月期间的204例孕妇为研究对象,将85例胎心监测异常孕妇,设置为实验组,将119例胎心监测正常孕妇,设置为参照组,观察分析孕妇妊娠结局。结果对比分析妊娠结局,实验组剖宫产、羊水粪染、胎儿窘迫以及新生儿窒息发生率明显高于参照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎心监测诊断胎儿宫内窘迫,临床应用价值高,值得推广。

b Objective To study the clinical value of fetal heart rate monitoring in the diagnosis of fetal distress. Methods 204 cases of pregnant women in March 2015 ～2017 year in January period as the research object, 85 cases of pregnant women with abnormal fetal heart monitoring, set as the experimental group, 119 cases of fetal heart monitoring in normal pregnant women, set as the reference group, to observe and analyze the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women. Results Compared with the reference group, the incidence of cesarean section, meconium stained amniotic ？uid, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the experimental group was signifcantly higher than that in the reference group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fetal heart rate monitoring in the diagnosis of fetal distress, the clinical application value is high, it is worth promoting.
