补佳乐配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Concomitant Application of Progynova and Misoprostol on Postmenopausal Women with IUD Removal

目的探讨补佳乐配伍米索前列醇在绝经后取环术前准备的疗效观察。方法将绝经后要求取环的100例患者随机分为两组,每组各50例,观察组术前7天每天口服补佳乐2 mg,术前2小时阴道后穹窿置米索前列醇湿片400μg;对照组仅术前2小时阴道后穹窿置米索前列醇湿片400μg。比较两组在宫颈软化、术中综合反应及取环难易程度等方面的差异。结果两组患者在年龄、体重、身体状况、产次、放置IUD时间、绝经时间等方面,不存在显著性差异,P>0.05,在统计学中具有一定的可比性。观察组在宫颈软化,术中综合反应及取环成功率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补佳乐配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的术前准备,可以有效软化宫颈,减轻患者痛苦,提高取环手术成功率。

bObjective To investigate the efcacy of Progynova concomitant with Misoprostol used to prepare for IUD removal.Methods One hundred （100） postmenopausal patients with need of IUD removal were randomly assigned to two groups with 50 patients in each group. For observation group, Progynova 2 mg qd was given for seven days before IUD removal and misoprostol 400 μg wet sheet was put into posterior fornix 2 hours before the surgery. For control group, misoprostol 400 μg wet sheet was put into posterior fornix 2 hours before the surgery. Compare the diference in cervix softening, intraoperative complications and ease of IUD removal between groups. Results Cervix softening, intraoperative complications and success rate of IUD removal were signifcantly diferent in two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Our findings suggest progynova in combination with misoprostol used to prepare for IUD removal efectively softened the cervix, relieved patients＇ pain and increased the success rate of IUD removal.
