子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者宫腔镜下行等离子双极电切术治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of hysteroscopic bipolar plasmakinetic resection of submucous myoma of uterus

目的观察宫腔镜等离子双极电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将2015年4月1日至2017年2月31日在本院接受治疗的62例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者电脑随机分成A组和B组,31例/组。A组实施宫腔镜等离子双极电切术,B组采取单级宫腔镜电切术。比较两组的围术期指标、血糖以及电解质变化情况。结果两组手术用时相差不大(P>0.05),A组术中出血量为(27.15±6.34)mL,少于B组,住院天数为(7.14±1.37)天,较B组更短,同时术后血糖浓度、三项电解质水平均优于B组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜等离子双极电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤效果十分理想。

Objective To observe the clinical ef; cacy of hysteroscopic bipolar plasmakinetic resection in the treatment of submucosal uterine ; broids. Methods 62 cases of uterine mucosa from April 1, 2015 to February 31, 2017 in our hospital for treatment of lower computer myoma patients were randomly divided into A group and B group, 31 cases / group.A group to implement the uterine cavity mirror plasmakinetic resection, group B take the single stage hysteroscopic surgery. Results The operation of two groups with little difference （P〉0.05）, A group of intraoperative bleeding in （27.15±6.34） mL, less than B group, hospitalization The number of days was （7.14±1.37） days, which was shorter than that of the B group. Meanwhile, the postoperative blood glucose concentration and the level of the three electrolytes were better than those of the B group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hysteroscopic bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the uterus is effective in the treatment of submucous myoma of uterus.
