摘要 【目的】研究不同密度对6个基因型马铃薯产量和大中小薯个数的影响。【方法】在大田条件下,采用4种密度(主处理)和6个不同用途基因型马铃薯(副处理)两因素裂区设计,通过方差分析、线性拟合、多重比较显著性检验和相关性分析进行研究。【结果】不同基因型对产量、大中小薯个数的影响达到极显著水平,不同密度对中薯个数的影响达极显著水平,对产量、大小薯个数的影响达显著水平(Duncan多重比较)。密度和不同基因型之间不存在互作。随着密度的增加产量、大中小薯个数增加,但薯块平均重量在降低。【结论】为了获得数量多的小整薯个数不同的品种有最适宜的密度。不同密度对不同基因型马铃薯块茎大小分布呈规律的数学模型,根据数学模型可以很好的预测马铃薯大中小薯块茎个数和总薯个数。 【 Objective】 The effects of different varieties and densities on tuber yields and the number of large potato(tuber weight 〉 150 g), medium potato(50 g 〈 tuber weight 〈150 g) , small potato(tuber weight 〈 50 g)were studied.【 Method】 Using split design with two fac-tors including 4 planted densities (main treatment) and 6 genotypes (vice treatment) with three replications, the data by using variance a-nalysis, linear fitting, multiple comparison test of significance and correlation analysis were studied.【 Result】 The result showed that the effects of different varieties on tuber yield and the number of large, medium, small potato was significantly different at 0. 01 level. There was a significant difference between different densities with the number of medium potato at 0. Ollevel, the tuber yield, the number of large and small potato at 0.05 level (Duncan multiple comparisons). There are no interactions between densities and genotypes. With the density in-creased ,the number of large, medium and small potato increased, but the average tuber weight decreased.【 Conclusion】 In order to obtain more number of small seed tubers, different varieties had different the most appropriate density, there was a mathematical model of tuber size distribution of different potato varieties under different planted densities, the mathematical model could predict the number of large, medium and small potato tuber and total number of potato tubers.
