有机硒肥对马铃薯硒素利用及产量品质的影响 被引量:13

摘要 【目的】探讨外源有机硒肥对马铃薯产量、品质及硒素利用的影响,为有机硒肥调控下富硒马铃薯的种植提供参考。【方法】通过在马铃薯种植期基施不同用量有机硒肥,综合分析对比马铃薯硒含量、有机硒转化率及产量品质等指标。【结果】基施不同用量有机硒肥条件下,总薯重、单薯重及商品薯率均存在显著差异,但总薯数差异不显著。马铃薯硒素吸收量随硒肥施用浓度增加呈现持续上升趋势,有机硒含量趋势与总硒一致,但有机硒转化率呈现先升高后降低的趋势。说明0.27 g/kg的硒肥施用量既可保证有机硒转化率达到最佳值,又能保证马铃薯硒含量在安全范围之内。马铃薯粗蛋白、淀粉及维生素C含量均随硒肥施用量增加呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,最佳施用量为0.27 g/kg。还原糖含量随硒肥施用量升高而降低。【结论】利用有机硒肥为外源硒基施种植马铃薯时,施用量以0.27 g/kg为最佳。 【 Objective】 To provide reference for the planting of selenium-rich potatoes under the regulation of organic selenium fertilizer, the effects of organic selenium fertilizers on potatoes yield, quality and utilization of selenium element were studied. [Method] The content and conversion rates of selenium, yield and quality of potatoes were comprehensively analyzed and compared by applying different concentrations of organic selenium fertilizer in potatoes planting period.【 Result】 Under the different concentrations of organic selenium fertilizer conditions, there were significant differences in total tuber weight, single tuber weight and marketable tuber percentage, but there was no significant difference in total tuber number. Selenium absorption of potatoes was on the rise with the increase of concentration of selenium fertilizer. The conversion rate of organic selenium initially increased and then decreased as soil selenium concentrations increased. It was indicated that sele-nium fertilizer concentration of 0. 27 g/kg can guarantee the optimal conversion rate and ensure that the selenium content of potato was in the safe range. Crude protein,starch and Vc of potatoes initially increased and then decreased as soil selenium concentrations increased, the con-centration of reducing sugar decreased as selenium fertilizer concentration increased. The best dosage was 0? 27 g/kg.【 Conclusion】 0? 27 g / ---------------------------------- kg was the best organic selenium fertilizer concentration forpotatoes grown.
