医学类院校大学生创业倾向的影响机制研究

摘要 本文以蚌埠医学院大学生为调查对象,对影响大学生创业倾向的个人特质、创业态度、创业环境等因素进行研究,探讨医学类院校大学生创业倾向影响因素作用机制.结果显示:创业环境对创业倾向影响不显著,个人特质和创业态度对创业倾向影响显著.因此高校要培养大学生积极的个人特质,建立完善的创业教育体系,并营造良好的创业环境,以激发大学生的创业热情,提升创业倾向.
