摘要
该文基于故障物理理论和加速试验研究,对公司自主研发的通信电源用高效高频开关整流器实践出一种基于故障物理的敏捷可靠性试验测试方法,实现产品快速迭代、频繁交付和敏捷可靠性增长。
Agile reliability testing method of high efficiency and high frequency switch-mode rectifier for telec- ommunications is proposed based on physical fault theory and acceleration testing which can achieve fast iteration,frequent delivery and agile reliability growth.
