摘要 通过统计该科室行波管实际制管过程中因漏气导致真空失效的种类及数量,分析得到行波管制管过程中薄弱环节为金属陶瓷封接工艺,因该原因导致部件及整管失效样本数占总失效样本数一半以上。该文分析了因真空漏气导致失效的影响及相应的改进手段及预防措施,为后续行波管工艺进一步提升指明了方向。 Based on the statistics of undergraduate course room TWT's vacuum failure caused by gas leaka- ge in the process of actual pipe type and quantity of TWT can be gained by analyzing control pipe is the weak link in the process of metal ceramic sealing process,parts or the whole tube failure caused by the reason of s- ample more than half of total failure sample.The influence of vacuum leakage and the corresponding improv- ement measures and preventive measures are also analyzed in this paper,which indicates the direction of the further improvement of subsequent wave tube process.
