摘要
针对在环境应力筛选中因滤波用军用片式多层瓷介电容器烧毁致使驱动控制器无输出的故障现象,从电应力、热应力、机械应力、电容器内在缺陷等方面深入分析,构建了故障树,确定了固定滤波电感的机械应力是造成故障出现的根本原因,克服了分析过程的常规思维定势。
For in environmental stress screening for filtering in military chip multilayer ceramic dielectric capa- citor burned led drive controller without output fault phenomena,from the respect such as electrical stress,th- ermal stress,mechanical stress,inherent defect analysis,has constructed the fault tree,determine the mechan- ical stress of fixed filter inductance is the root cause of failure occurs,overcome the conventional mindset of t- he analysis process.
