摘要
随着风电市场的逐渐发展,大型风电机组的相继出现,叶片的长度也由原来的30-40m增长至60-70m,一般来说,风电机组的使用年限为20年,叶片重量的增长和叶片长度的增长给叶片的维护带来了挑战[1]。随着无人机技术的广泛运用,将使用无人机代替人类对叶片进行检测。该文将介绍如何控制无人机云台拍照,并且将拍照点的位置信息记录以日志的形式存储,并根据记录的信息计算出照片中叶片损伤的实际尺寸大小。为了能够精确计算损伤的尺寸,将采用激光和超声波测量相机与叶片之间的间距,并且将测试的数据与拍照信息一起记录到日志中。该文将从控制云台拍照模块的软件、硬件及计算叶片损伤尺寸理论等方面进行阐述。
With the gradual development of wind power market,large wind turbines have emerged, blade length from 30-40m to 60-70m growth,in general,the wind turbine life for 20 years,the growth of leaf weight and leaf l- ength growth brings challenges to the maintenance of the blade.With the widespread use of UAV technology, u- nmanned aerial vehicles will be used instead of human detection of blades.This paper introduces how to control the UAV pan tilt photograph,and records the position information of the camera point in the form of log,and calc- ulates the actual size of the blade damage in the photos according to the recorded information.in order to accu- rately calculate the size of the damage,the distance between the camera and the blade will be measured by la- ser and ultrasonic,and the test data will be recorded in the log together with the camera information.In this pap- er,the software and hardware of controlling PTZ camera module and the calculation of blade damage size the- cry are expounded.
