痤疮皮损厌氧及兼性厌氧病原菌的分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解引起痤疮皮损中厌氧菌及兼性厌氧菌的分布情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法从痤疮患者面部皮损采集丘疹、脓疱并进行厌氧培养,采用MALDI-TOF MS技术鉴定细菌种类。结果 212例痤疮患者皮损中分离出156株痤疮丙酸杆菌,40株表皮葡萄球菌,10株颗粒丙酸杆菌,5株贪婪丙酸杆菌,4株头状葡萄球菌,2株金黄色葡萄球菌和11株其他杂菌。结论痤疮患者痤疮皮损经厌氧培养,分离出最多的细菌是痤疮丙酸杆菌,其次是表皮葡萄球菌。
