摘要
蜂花粉营养丰富,含有多种生物活性物质。多糖是蜂花粉的主要组成成分之一。蜂花粉多糖具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗辐射、抗凝血、降血糖、降血脂等功能。多糖的提取与分离纯化是蜂花粉多糖研究的重要环节,就近几年蜂花粉多糖的提取与分离纯化及影响因素进行综述。
Bee pollen is nutritious and contains a variety of bioactive substances.Polysaccharides are one of the important components of bee pollen. Bee pollen polysaccharide has the function of enhancing immunity, anti-cancer, anti-virus, anti-oxidation, anti-radiation, anticoagulation, lowering blood sugar and blood fat and other functions, extraction and separation purification of polysaccharides is an important part of the study. In recent years, the extraction and separation purification of bee pollen polysaccharides in influencing factors were reviewed.
